Background
Lilly Coye, EdD, has worked in higher education for over 15 years. She holds a BA from Skidmore College, an MEd from the University of Virginia, and an EdD from the University of Southern California. Her doctoral dissertation was on the professional work identity of non-tenure track faculty.
Prior to moving to the Midwest in 2016, Lilly worked for the University of Southern California supporting undergraduate students from orientation through commencement. She recently earned a leadership coaching certification and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
As a practitioner, Lilly has presented at various conferences, including the National Association of Academic Advisors (NACADA). In 2014, she was awarded Advisor of the Year by the University of Southern California. Lilly has also mentored and taught graduate students interested in practicing in higher education. She has a passion for assessment and continuous improvement in the higher education experience for all students.
